Nabiax is a leading company of a technological industry which is key for the digitalization of our society: Data Center.
In Nabiax, we are committed with improving the areas in which we operate, thus designing a strategic plan focused on environmental care, promotion of social initiatives and corporate Governance.
Regarding the environment, we have focused in reducing the carbon footprint derived from our activity, through a strong commitment with energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, a responsible water management and circular economy. All of it, as means of aligning our activity in the fight against climate change.
In connection with the social area, Nabiax is always looking for projects that have a social impact for the diverse communities that surround our operations in 7 countries, both internally and externally. Therefore, we foster diversity, equality, and inclusion in our team, while we offer our employees to develop their careers with us through continuous training, looking to attract and retain talent, which is a priority in our industry. Likewise, we are committed to having a responsible value chain, which respects Human Rights, while we commit to social action, contributing with initiatives in the surrounding communities.
Regarding Governance, we have implemented measures to grant legal compliance and the best practices in the industry. Thus, we have developed a Compliance plan, which defines a series of guidelines, specially focused on complying with the highest ethical standards in our industry. Moreover, we have designed an ESG risk management system, together with a strong commitment of a transparent communication with our stakeholders (investors, clients, providers…). All of this, sustained in a Sustainable Financing model, which reinforces our general commitment in all the levels of the company.
