A detailed document in which the potential risks which might affect Nabiax related to its activity are identified. In this document are stablished the control mechanisms to mitigate said risks.
Nabiax has developed a Code of Ethics to provide all its professionals with a document that emphasizes our commitment with responsible and ethic performances in the company and towards third parties.
In Nabiax we have a desire to work under a management model focused on Business Ethics, which is necessary to create a trust relationship within the company and with third parties. Thus, we foster a model based on Human Rights and their principles of Equality, non-discrimination, and respect to Public Liberties. The compliance of the principles and patterns which are described in this Code of Ethics constitute a fundamental element when evaluating and choosing third parties.
For Nabiax, it is essential that our clients and providers guide their performance starting from principles of integrity, responsibility, and diligence, following the correct performance patterns in the industry. In the company, we expect our third parties to impulse the principles contained in this Code of Ethics in all their value chain.

Thus, all the professionals and third parties must reject and fight against any conduct suspicious of corruption within the work environment which might harm Nabiax’s reputation and its team of professionals.
Moreover, it is demanded that all the people working as Nabiax representatives, do so according to the Compliance system’s guidelines, and, in their absence, according to the legal and ethic criteria contained in the Law.
Access our Anti-Corruption PolicyEmployees and third parties can communicate any consultation, doubt, incident or complaint related to regulatory compliance of employees and/or anyone acting on behalf of NABIAX, or any irregular activity or conduct involving a breath of NABIAX’S Code of Conduct, or any criminal offense. All communications will be treated by the Compliance Committee with the highest degree of confidentiality permitted under applicable law.

It is reminded that all communications must be reliable, accurate, and made in good faith. Complaints submitted through either of the two channels will be treated in accordance with the provisions contained in the regulations on the protection of personal data collected; and that anonymous complaints will also be accepted in the Whistleblowing channel.
